The way forward - Transforming local government property asset management

This report describes a project that aims to deliver better value for money by public agencies collaborating on managing assets strategically across an area. It has identifies the potential of achieving £640 million of cashable savings over 10 years for the region as a whole, comprising capital receipts and revenue savings. Staffordshire County Council is the lead authority for the initiative.
