Schools
The national framework for managing and funding for school assets follows a slightly different framework from corporate asset management. This reflects the fact that many of the responsibilities for managing school property is delegated to schools.

The primary focus of the report is on the impact of education service asset management planning on the condition and suitability of school buildings and on the quality of local authority property services.
